Dr. Jefferies maintains and updates the governance framework, monitors compliance, establishes and maintains a record of operational procedures manuals, liaising with members and fulfilling their requests for information and managing the Company’s offices. She is responsible to scout and profile investment opportunities for the Company that will ensure the best returns for the Member’s investment.
The Communication Manager is responsible for developing, updating and monitoring the Company’s communication policies, website, networking and electronic (WhatsApp) accounts. as well as recommending new ways for the Company to communicate with its Members, partners, the general public and other respective entities. The Communication Manager schedules and sends out communications to the Members on meeting agenda, minutes for the meetings, calls or events. The Communication Manager will track and communicate relevant dates and documents from the local and federal government pertaining to the Company’s status.
